Quick guide
- Pick your name, then choose Duplicate Review, Review All Clinics, or Missing Fields Mode depending on what you need to check.
- Use the Data gap badge to spot incomplete records fast, then open the quick-search dropdown on a card to search name, address, dialysis program, or Aboriginal support.
- Use Keep, Remove, or ? for Needs Research, and use Edit Details or category changes when a record needs correction. Custom tags stay separate from the main category, while Home Dialysis and Aboriginal Support are saved as yes/no flags.
- Use New list, Redo, and Reset to manage the current deck without losing your place.
- When the Save button changes colour to Save before leaving, save your review before you close the page.

Duplicate review urgency
Urgent focuses on the closest/highest-similarity matches first. Non-urgent starts broader and works through the rest.
